  • Nails swept up daily

Roofing Services for Your Home and Business

We hold an Oklahoma residential roofing license, an Oklahoma commercial roofing license and an Oklahoma general contractor license, so the work on your house, and on a shop or office if you have one, stays with one company. Most of our days are spent on roof replacement, roof repair and storm damage repair for homes. We also do roof inspections and gutters, plus commercial roof replacement and commercial roof repair. Pick a service below to see how that job runs.

What Shapes the Cost of Your Roof

No two roofs price out the same, and you deserve to know the reasons behind your number. These are the things that push a roofing estimate up or down. We go over each one that applies to your home.

Once we've inspected your roof, you get a written estimate with every item spelled out. If something hidden shows up mid-job, we pause, show you, and agree on it together before moving on.

Size and pitch
A bigger roof needs more material and more hours. Steep slopes call for extra safety gear and a slower, more careful pace.
How many layers we tear off
On plenty of older houses, a newer set of shingles was laid right over the original roof years ago. Removing both means more labor on tear-off day and more loads hauled away.
Decking underneath
We can't see every board until the old shingles are off. If plywood has gone soft from a slow leak, it gets replaced, and we photograph it and talk with you before we do.
Material choice
Standard architectural shingles, impact-resistant shingles and metal panels each come at a different price and last a different length of time. In hail country, impact-rated options deserve a real conversation, and we lay out the trade-offs.
Flashing, vents and details
Chimneys, skylights, valleys and spots where the roof meets a wall all need new flashing fitted by hand. Every one of those adds labor, so a roof broken up by several of them takes more work than a simple two-sided design.
Permits and access
Permit rules and fees differ from town to town. Tight lots, fences or plantings close to the eaves can also change how we bring in and stage materials.

How a Roofing Job Runs With Us

Here is what happens between your first phone call and the day we pack up.

  1. 1

    A phone conversation

You tell us what's going on: a ceiling stain, shingles missing after a windy night, or a roof that's simply getting on in years. We set a time to come look.

  2. 2

    Inspection and photos

We check the roof surface, flashing, vents and gutters, plus the attic when we can reach it. Then we sit down with you and go through the pictures.

  3. 3

    A written estimate

You get the scope and cost on paper, item by item, along with our honest view on fixing versus replacing. Take whatever time you need with it.

  4. 4

    Work day

We protect your yard, pull any permit the job calls for, and keep the same crew on site until it's done. Most home reroofs take a day or two, depending on size and weather.

  5. 5

    Cleanup and final look

We sweep for nails and haul away the debris. Then we go over the finished roof together, point out the new flashing and vents, and answer anything still on your mind.

A Small Roofing Team, on Purpose

Roofing Purcell stays tight by choice. Keeping our headcount low means we know every roof we are working on, and you know exactly who is on top of your house.

Oklahoma roofs take a beating from spring hail, hard straight-line winds and the odd winter ice storm. We see what that does to shingles and flashing, and we build each roof to stand up to it. More than anything, we want you to feel informed and comfortable from the first call until the last truck pulls away.

Why Homeowners Like Working With a Small Crew

Bigger outfits often send a salesperson, then an estimator, then a crew you've never met. We keep it simpler, and that changes how the whole job feels for you.

One set of faces, first look to last
The people who inspect your roof are the same ones who tear it off and install the new one. You never have to describe that soft spot near the chimney twice, because they've already seen it.
Answers from someone who was up there
When a question comes up mid-job, you ask a person who has been on your roof that day. No call center, and no waiting for a message to be passed along.
Photos before we talk price
We show you pictures of what we found: lifted shingles, cracked pipe boots, rusted flashing, soft decking. You see the problem yourself before you decide anything.
A straight call on fixing or reroofing
When a fix has years of life in it, that's what we recommend. When patching would only get you through one more season, we say it plainly and show you the reasons on your roof.
Your yard treated like ours
We cover shrubs and beds, keep the driveway clear, and run a magnet over the grass for stray nails at the end of each work day.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

Something not covered here? (405) 883-5339

Is a repair enough, or is it time for a new roof?

Our answer comes down to three things: the age of the roof, how widely the damage reaches and whether the boards underneath are still firm. A single cracked pipe boot or a few shingles torn loose by wind is usually a straightforward fix. Bare patches where the granules are gone, edges curling up or leaks showing in several rooms tend to mean the roof is wearing out. In both cases, we walk you through the photos and the reasoning.

What does a roof replacement cost?

We can't give you a fair figure without seeing the roof. Size, pitch, how many layers get torn off, the shape of the decking and the shingle you choose all change the total. After we inspect, you get a written estimate with each item listed, so the final bill holds no surprises.

Will you help with my insurance claim after hail or wind?

We can inspect your roof, take photos of the damage and explain how a claim usually unfolds. We're glad to meet the adjuster on your roof and point out what we found. Your insurance company and its adjuster decide what's covered, and we'll tell you honestly if the damage looks too minor to be worth filing.

Do you stand behind your work?

Yes. Our roofing comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty. If something we installed isn't holding up the way it should, let us know and the same people who did the job will come back and look at it.

How long does a new roof take?

Most homes are done in one to two days once we start. Bigger or steeper roofs, extra layers or rotted decking can add a little time. Weather has a say too, and we'll let you know right away if rain bumps a day.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not the whole time. We like a quick chat with you in the morning and a look at the progress together before we leave. Keep pets indoors and cars out of the driveway, and we'll handle the rest.

Will my yard be a mess afterward?

We cover shrubs and flower beds before anything comes off the roof, and old shingles go straight into a dumpster or trailer. At the end of each day we pick up debris and run a magnet over the grass and driveway for stray nails.

Do you work on commercial buildings too?

We do. We handle commercial roof replacement and commercial roof repair, including low-slope roofs on shops and offices. The same people carry the job from the first inspection through cleanup.
